XGMA-Vega signed a strategic cooperation agreement

　　The small machine division of XGMA is a professional company integrating the development, manufacturing and sales of construction machinery such as micro loaders, skid steer loaders, and backhoe loaders. Among the top 500 manufacturing companies in China announced in 2011, XGMA ranked first in the construction machinery industry and has been committed to providing customers with excellent construction machinery products and services.

　　Foshan Sime Darby Vega Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Vega") and the Small Machinery Division of XiaGong Co., Ltd. have worked closely together for nearly a year. Perkins engines are fully equipped for loaders and other projects. In view of the close cooperation between the two parties, Vega and XGMA signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the 60th anniversary celebration of XGMA on November 28, 2011.

　　According to the agreement, XGMA will ensure that the Perkins engine provided by Weijia is the exclusive supporting power for the XGMA mini-loader project and the skid steer loader project. And under the same cost performance, XGMA will give priority to the Perkins engine provided by Vega in the backhoe loader project and future new product development and production.

　　At the same time, Vega also promises to provide more value-added services to meet the needs of strategic partnerships:

　　1. Increase the purchase credit line of engine assembly and parts from XGMA, and prepare inventory for XGMA to give priority to meeting XGMA's production needs.

　　2. Designate the general coordinator of the strategic partner related matters, mobilize the company's resources to give priority to respond to XGMA's sales and service requirements.

　　3. Designate and dispatch personnel after the sale to serve as XGMA representative in the factory to provide services directly at the production site.

　　4. Provide users with fast after-sales service based on the principle of first solving the problem and then analyzing the cause of the failure.

　　Vega prioritizes customer needs and strengthens communication with customers at different levels during different sales periods is the key to close cooperation. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a new level of cooperation between the two parties. It has built a good platform for the cooperation between the two parties in a broader field and at a deeper level.
